Dutch electronic dance music icons AFROJACK and Hardwell have teamed up for a new exhilarating single titled "Push It". This collaboration follows their previous joint efforts on "Hollywood" in 2016 and "Hands Up" in 2017. "Push It" brings together the signature styles of AFROJACK and Hardwell, creating a track that combines their popular sounds.
The track features a snappy electronic beat at the beginning, leading into an echoing mantra, "Push it, Pull it, Twist it, I’ve got it", accompanied by a pulsing backing beat that drops out to make way for the next verse. The hypnotic vocals are provided by singer/songwriter Meryll, known for her collaboration with Fisher on "Yeah The Girls". The song aims to create a euphoric rush that will resonate with listeners on dancefloors worldwide.
AFROJACK has had a prolific year, completing the new home of WALL Recordings, his artist development label, in May. The new WALL Recordings studio and headquarters compound features state-of-the-art facilities and spaces for various purposes. AFROJACK also announced a partnership between WALL Recordings and The Tomorrowland Academy, where he will serve as a coach, providing tutorials in production, mixing, mastering, and more.
Hardwell, after a hiatus, has been making a resurgence in the electronic music scene. He recently released his second studio album, "REBELS NEVER DIE", and embarked on a world tour with 24 dates, headlining arena shows and festivals. Hardwell has also been involved in various remixes and collaborations with artists such as David Guetta, Benny Benassi, Calvin Harris, Timmy Trumpet, and more. He announced the return of his popular radio program, "Hardwell On Air", after a two-and-a-half-year hiatus.
