Renowned electronic music producer Colyn is set to release a new multi-part documentary series titled "UNFILTERED," providing an inside look into his life on the road. Starting on November 28th, new episodes will be released every Tuesday at 7 PM CEST on Colyn's YouTube Channel. Each episode, approximately 20 minutes long, will feature his music, including previously released tracks, special edits created for the series, unreleased music, and teasers of upcoming work.
Colyn has had a remarkable year, contributing innovative sounds to labels like Afterlife, Rose Avenue, and delivering a recent remix for Armin van Buuren. He has also headlined shows at major festivals like Tomorrowland, Coachella, Street Parade, and performed at various venues worldwide, including Ibiza, Miami, Buenos Aires, and more. The documentary, filmed by videographer Arun over several months, captures behind-the-scenes moments, the ups and downs, and provides insight into this intense and crucial period in Colyn's artistic career.
The episodes showcase various locations, including Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Amsterdam, Tulum, Miami, NYC, London, Barcelona, and Dubai. The series features activities such as skydiving, lengthy flights, dinners with artists like Rüfüs Du Sol, sunrise sets at Space Miami, afterparties, studio sessions, and days off. Guest appearances include Ben Böhmer, Monolink Korolova, Gordo, Innellea, Camelphat, Vintage Culture, Patrice Bäumel, and many more.
"UNFILTERED" offers a unique perspective on the life of a touring artist, highlighting both the enjoyable aspects and the challenges faced on the road. It captures the energy from fans, the thrill of playing at stunning locations, building friendships with fellow artists and event staff, exploring new cultures and cuisines, and the overall adventure of the touring lifestyle.

Videographer ARUN adds: "There are not many professions that would exceed the variety in documentation than the life of an international touring artist. Every day of every tour has a natural buildup, which all eventually comes together in a moment of pure joy during the show. As each episode takes place in a different corner of the world, it allows for many scenic and cinematic elements, amplified by the beauty of Colyn’s filmic music. Being on tour for months and spending so much time together developed into a special connection that also enabled me to create something real, human and funny. The idea was to make it feel like the viewer becomes part of the tour, which I tried to accomplish by shooting alone instead of having a full crew. I am beyond excited to show you the result."
