Mud, Mayhem and Music: How Creamfields 2026 Refused to Let the Rain Win
By 2pm on Sunday August 30, the Daresbury Estate fields resembled swamps rather than grounds for a festival. The skies had broken open on more than one occasion during the four day weekend, and where there used to be green Cheshire fields, there were now churned up grounds covered in mud thick enough to suck your boots right off. None of which mattered.
